I really liked the way this looked, and it does match the photos well. From a distance it’s nice and it works for what I needed. But up close, the quality is kind of just okay. A few little details feel cheaper than I expected, and I thought it would feel more solid overall. I also got some inconsistent answers when I asked questions, which was frustrating because one person said one thing and another said something different. It’s still usable and looks good enough, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth paying full price for

I did get my refund in the end, so no huge complaint there. It just took a little longer than I thought it would. Am I the only one who gets impatient waiting for refunds to show up?

I thought chanteurdesigns.com was easy to get around. The pages loaded fine for me, and the menu made sense without me having to click all over the place
